“Valorintegrador” project: Integrated Enhancement of Agri-Food By-products for Applications in Human and Animal Food

Elisabete Matos, Manager of the Innovation Department of the SOJA DE PORTUGAL group, was invited to present the Integrated Enhancement of Agri-Food By-products for Applications in Human and Animal Food (“Valorintegrador”) project at the 16th Food and Nutrition Congress organized by the Portuguese Association of Dietitians.
